Low Carb Tuscan Chicken Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to a baking dish.

  3. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add seasoned chicken to the baking dish.

  5. Drizzle avocado oil over the ingredients.

  6. Add sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic to the dish.

  7. Pour half and half over the ingredients.

  8. Top with fresh parmesan and fresh mozzarella.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
