One-pot Cheesy Pumpkin Pasta
  1. Preheat oven to broil on high.

  2. Combine pasta, milk, water, salt, garlic powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, mustard powder, nutmeg, and black pepper in a large ovenproof pot.

  3. Simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is cooked.

  4. Stir in canned pumpkin or butternut squash purée, Cheddar, and Gouda cheese.

  5. Adjust seasonings to taste.

  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and additional Cheddar over top.

  7. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
