In two separate bowls mix ingredients for brownie batter and cookie batter (add chocolate chips at the end when the batter is ready)
Line a tray with parchment paper (can use also loaf pan)
Place chunks or balls of brownie and cookie batters alternating them and flatten everything
If using chocolate, melt it with coconut oil using double bath and pour over the squares
Let set in fridge for at least an hour and enjoy
Can be kept in fridge for up to 5 days or frozen after cutting in little pieces
