3 Yogurt Bowls
  1. For Strawberry Chia Pudding Yogurt Bowl:

  2. In a bowl, mash strawberries.

  3. Add Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, sweetener.

  4. Mix everything well.

  5. Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 min to a hour.

  6. In a plate, put some Greek yogurt.

  7. Top with strawberry chia pudding, strawberries, bananas and peanut butter.

  8. Enjoy.

  9. For Easy Shakusuka Yogurt Bowl:

  10. Cut tomatoes in half.

  11. Add olive oil to pan and turn on the heat.

  12. Place tomatoes.

  13. Add minced onion and minced garlic.

  14. Cover.

  15. Cook for about 10 minutes until tomato is softened enough to peel the skin.

  16. Peel the skin and mash tomatoes well.

  17. Add seasoning and mix.

  18. Crack eggs and cover.

  19. Cook for a few minutes until eggs are cooked (don’t overcook so you’ll get runny egg yolks).

  20. Put some Greek yogurt in a plate.

  21. Top with some lettuce and bread.

  22. Drizzle some chili oil.

  23. Enjoy.

  24. For Chicken and Jammy Eggs Yogurt bowl:

  25. Cut chicken in half.

  26. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder.

  27. Cook until cooked through.

  28. Add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

  29. Make greek yogurt sauce: Add yogurt to a bowl.

  30. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  31. Mix well.

  32. In a plate, add 3 Greek yogurt sauce.

  33. Put chicken on top of yogurt sauce.

  34. Top with lettuce, some cooked tomatoes, and jammy eggs.

  35. Drizzle some chili oil and enjoy.
