Strawberry Banana Smoothie
  1. Add to blender. Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk and honey to a high-powered blender or food processor.

  2. Blend ingredients. Blend everything until you get a creamy, smooth consistency. Feel free to add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie. Taste and adjust any ingredients as-needed for more flavor.

  3. Serve. Pour into glasses or mason jars, top with extra berries or chia seeds. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for later!
