  1. Add all of the spices under "ramen seasoning" to a bowl and mix VERY well.

  2. To make the soup, bring the broth to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, add the 1 tablespoon of the ramen seasoning, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and the ramen noodles.

  3. Mix up the noodles with a fork and cook for about 4 minutes until tender.

  4. Add any toppings you like. I added sweet red bell peppers, green onions, baby bok choy and this smoked tofu. I roasted both my bell peppers and bok choy so it added a smoky flavor to the soup, but you don't have to do this.
