Grab a bowl & mix the dry ingredients together.
Slowly add the water + mix until a soft dough forms. Use elbow grease if kneading by hand. If the dough is dry, add more water 1 tsp at time. Warm water is key because it helps with the rising time.
After the dough is formed, cover with a damp towel + let rise on the counter for 1-2 hours. (The warmer the kitchen the better)
When the rise time is coming to an end, go ahead and put your Dutch oven in the oven + heat to 450 degrees.
Place your dough onto a floured surface + shape into a ball.
Place on parchment paper + transfer to your hot Dutch oven. Cover + bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid + bake for another 10-15 minutes until nice + golden brown.
Let cool before slicing- by far the hardest step.
