Salmon Rice Balls
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, salmon, 4 eggs, breadcrumbs, pecorino, feta, grated carrot, parsley and garlic

  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and Vegeta

  3. Mix everything together until well combined

  4. Roll the mixture into large balls about the size of your hand

  5. Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat

  6. Deep fry on a low to medium heat until golden and crispy on the outside and heated through, or shallow fry in a pan with oil

  7. Sprinkle with salt and serve
