Potatoes In Curry Sauce
  1. Boil or steam the potatoes and keep warm.

  2. Make the fat hot in the pan and put in the chopped onion and apple and fry lightly without browning.

  3. Add the curry powder and flour, mix well and add the stock gradually and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, add more water where necessary.

  5. Pour over the potatoes and serve at once.
