Soul Food Almond Flour Pie Crust
  1. Grease a 9" deep-dish pie pan and set it aside.

  2. Add the almond flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and egg to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  3. Using a small rubber spatula, gently fold the ingredients into the flour.

  4. Use an electric mixer on a low setting to thoroughly combine the ingredients.

  5. Press the dough into a greased pie dish, making sure to press the dough along the edges.

  6. Use your fingers to flute the pie crust edges or a fork to crimp the edges.

  7. Using a fork, gently poke holes throughout the crust.

  8. Fill and bake (or pre-bake and then fill) this almond flour pie crust according to your pie recipe instructions.
