Whisk together the caster sugar, brown sugar and egg until light and pale.
Melt together the dark chocolate and butter, and pour it into the egg and sugar mixture.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder to bring the batter together, and transfer it into the base of an 8X4 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
To make the cheesecake layer, whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, until everything is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter over the brownie batter and bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until the cheesecake is dark brown from the top and jiggly in the middle.
