Publix/ Greenwise Oven Roasted Young Turkey Breast
  1. Preheat oven to 325˚F.

  2. Arrange turkey breasts in roasting pan.

  3. Add to bowl of food processor: butter, thyme, sage, rosemary, shallots and garlic; pulse until blended.

  4. Rub butter under the skin and bottom side of breasts.

  5. Season turkey with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake 1 hour or until 165˚F (if turkey begins to brown too quickly, place an aluminum foil tent over breast to prevent further browning).

  7. Remove from oven and transfer turkey to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

  8. TIP: Reserve turkey drippings for gravy.
