Creamy Bacon Ranch Slaw Cups
  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Shred your green cabbage into thin strips and toss into a large mixing bowl. Slice or julienne the cucumber into matchstick-sized pieces for extra crunch and toss them in with the cabbage.

  2. Add Cheese and Bacon: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits over the veggies, saving a few bacon bits for garnish if you wish.
