Pumpkin Talkari
  1. Cut up the onion, pimentos, garlic and pumpkin and set aside.

  2. Heat oil and saute garlic.

  3. Add the hot pepper, the rest of seasonings and geera.

  4. Add the pumpkin and stir.

  5. Add a little water and leave to simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes.

  6. Add salt and allow to reduce to a semi thick consistency. Not too dry though!
