Add the Rice
Marinate the shrimp for 30mins for extra flavour
While the shrimp is marinating, make the yum sauce by mixing the ingredients together and add water for consistency as needed.
Cook shrimp in light butter on medium heat, 2mins each side. Remove to plate, then cook veggies.
Cook veggies in light butter for 5-6 mins till fragrant, then push to the side of the pan
Add whisked eggs, keep stirring till scrambled then add day old cooked rice with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and butter
Mix till well colored then add cooked shrimp and mix again
