3-ingredient Tofu Marinade
  1. In an airtight container, stir together the marinade ingredients.

  2. Drain the tofu and gently squeeze to get rid of excess water.

  3. Break the tofu into craggy hunks or cut into slices/cubes.

  4. Drop the tofu pieces into the marinade and gently stir to coat.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for 12–48 hours.

  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  7. Transfer the marinated tofu to a baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 30–45 minutes, shuffling halfway through until golden brown.
