  1. Mix 7 grams of Agar and 60 ml of water in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy.

  2. In a deep stainless pan, combine 400 ml of coconut milk, 50 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 120 ml of water. Add the Agar mixture and whisk. Boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a silicon baking tray and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to solidify.

  4. Serve cold and enjoy!
