Easy High Protein Breakfast
  1. Preheat your oven to 425.

  2. Place a dish with the cut butter and distribute evenly into the oven. Let the butter melt as you prepare the pancakes.

  3. Add your milk, eggs, vanilla, mayonnaise to a blender and mix.

  4. Next add in the flour, and salt.

  5. Check to see if the butter is melted and pour the pancakes into the dish.

  6. Cook for 22-29 minutes (check around the 22-minute mark to see how it’s fluffing up).

  7. Dust with powdered sugar

  8. Take out of the oven, cut into squares, and enjoy!
