  1. Whisk together ½ cup soy sauce, 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 grated garlic, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil to a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Brown the beef, crumbling with a spatula, until cooked through.
