Chicken Cobbler Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Melt the stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish in the oven.

  3. Mix the 2 cups of whole milk with the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, including the seasoning packet.

  4. Add the cooked chicken to the baking dish.

  5. Season the frozen mixed vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add them to the baking dish.

  6. Pour the milk-biscuit mixture and the chicken stock and creamed chicken soup over the top, letting it spread out.

  7. Bake for about 1 hour, until golden and bubbly.

  8. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
