Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Brown Sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF

  2. Cut squash into 1 inch cubes (as evenly sized as possible).

  3. Toss butternut squash with oil, sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Transfer squash to a greased, rimmed sheet pan.

  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes – flip half way through.

  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and serve.
