Slow Cooker Honey Teriyaki Chicken
  1. Add boneless skinless chicken thighs, soy sauce, mirin, honey, garlic and ginger and dark soy sauce to the slow cooker.

  2. Pour over a cornstarch slurry and give it a mix until completely combined.

  3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours until the sugar starts to caramelize on the edges of the chicken and it's perfectly tender.
