Ingredients
Mix 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1 egg, and 8 ounces of cheese, salt and pepper to taste and then mix until it's fully incorporated.
Salt your pasta water and boil your noodles, don't totally cook the noodles, remove them before al dente and put in an ice bath to stop them from cooking too much.
Mix your partially cooked pasta and cheese mixture very well
then bake it in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
