Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter with both sugars until you get a thick, glossy paste.
Add the mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, stirring until the batter looks smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Once combined, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake the loaf until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the bread cool completely in the pan before lifting it out.
