Mix all ingredients together and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth.
Rise for 30 minutes in an oiled bowl.
Divide into 12 equal balls using a weighing scale. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
Flatten dough into a rectangle and roll up. Bring the 2 ends to meet to form a bagel shape. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Add 1 tsp sugar to boiling water. Boil the bagel for 30 seconds on each side. Top with whatever you like - I used sesame seeds, mixed herbs and edam cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
