  1. Prepare vegetable medley with zucchini squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots

  2. Toss vegetables with avocado/olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and chili flakes

  3. Bake vegetables at 425°F for 40-50 minutes

  4. Broil vegetables for 5-10 minutes

  5. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic

  6. Top each chicken breast with 50g marinara, 40g cottage cheese, and 10g parmigiano reggiano

  7. Bake chicken with vegetable medley or cook separately until chicken reaches safe internal temperature

  8. Divide into 7 servings for meal prep
