Cook the pasta according to the package. Reserve ~⅓ cup of water from pasta once it’s nearly done cooking
Cube chicken into bite-size pieces.
Mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, juice of ½ lime, chicken, and spices and add to a pan heated to medium-hgh heat.
Once the chicken is nearly done cooking, add the garlic and green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add peanut sauce to the pan after removing cooked chicken on low heat.
Mix in pasta water to thin out the sauce, then toss with cooked noodles.
Keep over low heat to help sauce absorb.
Add the chicken, garlic, and green onion to the pasta and sauce. Mix and enjoy!
