Cabbage Gimbap
  1. In a bowl, mix a handful of shredded cabbage with 2 beaten eggs.

  2. Pour it onto a heated pan and spread it out thinly. Cook on low heat.

  3. Set aside and let it cool.

  4. In the meantime, mix 1 can of tuna, drained tofu, and sriracha.

  5. Place the egg layer on top of the seaweed, add the tuna mixture, and roll it up.
