Crazy-good 10-minute Apple Pie
  1. Prep apples (2 minutes) – Peel (or don’t!), core, and chop into small chunks.

  2. Cook (6–8 minutes) – Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir frequently until apples soften and get golden and bubbly (about 5–7 minutes). Add vanilla at the end.

  3. Serve immediately (1 minute) – Eat as is, or top with crumble topping (granola or crushed graham crackers), vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
