Strawberry Pistachio Chocolate Rocky Road
  1. Line a slice tin with baking paper

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted milk chocolate, raspberry liquorice, marshmallows, dried strawberries, and pistachios until combined

  3. Spread half the chocolate mixture into the tin

  4. Spread half the pistachio katiaifi filling on top

  5. Add the remaining chocolate mixture over the top

  6. Sprinkle extra pistachios and press lightly

  7. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set

  8. Slice into squares and serve
