  1. Saute onion, ginger in oil

  2. saute garlic

  3. Add broth, miso paste, soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, lime juice or vinegar and let simmer

  4. Prepare noodles separately and shower with cold water to stop cooking

  5. Prepare tofu

  6. top with sliced green onions and chili oil

boil egg in broth for 2.5 minutes or so
