Creamy Nando's Pasta
  1. Press your chicken and season with chili, oregano, garlic, coriander and hot sauce

  2. Mix together the seasonings with the chicken

  3. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes and set the chicken aside

  4. Add butter, garlic, onions, tomato sauce, seasonings, hot sauce, low fat cream cheese, pasta and mozzarella

  5. Stir together

  6. Add the cooked chicken and parsley

  7. Serve and enjoy
