Cold Spinach Dip
  1. Place the frozen spinach in a fine mesh strainer and press down on it to remove as much water as possible. (I use a large spoon to press the liquid out.) You should end up with about 1 tightly packed cup after draining well. Pat dry.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained spinach, drained and chopped water chestnuts, Greek yogurt, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until uniform.

  3. You can serve your cold spinach dip right away, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors develop more.
