Combine 100g soft butter with a mix of 150g of soft brown and caster sugar.
Add one egg and a little citrus zest.
Mix in 200g plain flour with a pinch of salt.
Add 80g of roasted pecan nuts (10mins in an oven at 170C) and 80 g of chocolate bits.
Form ball te size of small walnuts.
Place on a tray line with baking paper.
Top with a nice piece of pecan nut.
Bake in oven for about 15mins at 170C.
