Heat oven to 400°F
Add a Ritz cracker to each cup in a silicone cupcake/muffin pan
Add 1 cup of butter to a pan over medium heat and melt
Once melted, add 1 cup of brown sugar to the butter
Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and allow to boil for 3 minutes while stirring continuously
Remove from heat and use a cookie scoop to scoop hot mixture into each cup with a cracker
Add tray to oven for 3-4 minutes
Remove and add a heaping tablespoon of chocolate chips to each cup
Pop back in the oven for 2-3 minutes
Remove and use the back of a spoon to smooth the chocolate
Add desired toppings
Allow to cool completely for at least 2 hours, preferably in the refrigerator
Remove from pan and enjoy
