Christmas Crack Cookies
  1. Heat oven to 400°F

  2. Add a Ritz cracker to each cup in a silicone cupcake/muffin pan

  3. Add 1 cup of butter to a pan over medium heat and melt

  4. Once melted, add 1 cup of brown sugar to the butter

  5. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and allow to boil for 3 minutes while stirring continuously

  6. Remove from heat and use a cookie scoop to scoop hot mixture into each cup with a cracker

  7. Add tray to oven for 3-4 minutes

  8. Remove and add a heaping tablespoon of chocolate chips to each cup

  9. Pop back in the oven for 2-3 minutes

  10. Remove and use the back of a spoon to smooth the chocolate

  11. Add desired toppings

  12. Allow to cool completely for at least 2 hours, preferably in the refrigerator

  13. Remove from pan and enjoy
