In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix to form soft dough. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and jam. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
Roll dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread cinnamon mixture, then cheesecake filling evenly.
Roll tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 pieces and place in a greased 9×13 dish. Let rise 30–40 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
For glaze, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and milk until creamy. Drizzle over warm rolls.
