Easy Chicken Pho soups
  1. In a small pan, char the ginger and halved onion and toast the spices until fragrant

  2. Add the toasted spices, onion and ginger to the pot of chicken broth. Simmer gently for 15 mins to infuse. Strain before serving

  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water to stop cooking

  4. Add noodles to a bowl, top with chicken, ladle over hot broth, and garnish with herbs, onion, sprouts, and lime
