    INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add chicken to a bowl with the marinade

  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight

  3. Sear chicken until 80% cooked and set aside

  4. Sear tomatoes and onions with spices until onions become translucent

  5. Add chicken stock and cashews, leave to simmer with lid on for 10 minutes

  6. Blend sauce and taste to adjust salt

  7. Add sauce back to a pan with heat on low and add the chicken

  8. Add cream and butter and serve
