Mix the milk, water, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it rest until lukewarm.
Add the packet of active dry yeast.
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and a little more sugar.
Mix the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Make the garlic butter by mixing 2 sticks of butter, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 2 tablespoons of garlic, and ½ tablespoon of onion powder.
Pull out the dough, add the garlic butter, stack the pieces, and place in a buttered bread loaf pan.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
