Preheat your oven to 350F.
Mix the egg white powder and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).
Fold in the blended cottage cheese, allulose, vanilla, and salt.
Pour into a greased, parchment lined loaf pan. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Let it cool, then top with strawberries and sugar free whipped cream
