Cottage Cheese Deviled Eggs
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and let eggs boil for 7 minutes. Plunge into a bowl of ice water to stop cooking.

  2. When cool, peel and slice eggs in half.

  3. Remove yolks carefully into a bowl.

  4. Add ingredients and mash together to mix well.

  5. Spoon filing back into egg white halves and sprinkle with a bit more paprika to garnish.
