Soften cream cheese.
Combine all ingredients. If baking in the oven, set the sharp cheddar aside.
If oven baking, top with cheese & bake at 400 till bubbly (about 30 minutes). If serving in a crockpot, stir in cheddar & leave crockpot on lowest setting to avoid burning
Note: Creme Fraiche works best because ita creamy & sharp. If using sour cream, consider adding extra acid.
