Slice the pork belly into small, bite-sized chunks. Add to a bowl with the garlic and onion granules, then mix well.
Pop the pork belly pieces into the air fryer and cook at 190°C for 20 minutes.
While the pork cooks, make your Korean sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Once the pork is cooked, transfer it to a hot pan, pour over the sauce, and cook for a few minutes until everything is nice and sticky.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped spring onion, then serve over a bed of rice and dig in.
