In a small bowl, mix 1 cup Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce, and ¾ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper together until everything is well combined.
(Optional, but highly recommended) If you are adding garlic, grate it finely and put it in the bowl with the sauce and mix everything together. Start off by grating half a clove of garlic and mix it into the sauce. Do a taste test to make sure it is a good level of garlickiness. If you want it more garlicky, add the full clove.
