Chicken and Stuffing with Apples
  1. Cut boneless chicken thighs into bite size pieces, approximately 1”.

  2. Make stuffing according to package

  3. Preheat oven 350

  4. In a 9" x 13" pan, add apples and push stuffing towards center of pan

  5. Divide chicken on each side of pan and cover just the chicken with gravy

  6. Cover with tin foil and bake for approx. 40-45 minutes

  7. Uncover and bake for another 5-10 mins. Make sure chicken is 165 degrees F.
