Put rice in microwave with spices, salt and oil for 10 mins on high powder
Add yoghurt and spices to meat, potatoes and peas
Get your instant pot or pressure cooker and start layering, put half the meat mixture on the bottom, top with half the rice (drained)
Layer with fried onions, coriander, mint and some sprinkles of turmeric water
Repeat the layering until finished
Add 600ml ONLY of the rice water (DO NOT use all this water because it will be very soggy)
Cook on high pressure for 20 mins.
Open and allow to rest before serving
