Shahi Paneer Dum Biryani Recipe
  1. Soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

  2. Fry the onions until golden brown.

  3. Add the ginger, garlic, green chili and spices and sauté.

  4. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.

  5. Add the paneer, yogurt, milk and saffron.

  6. Layer the rice and paneer mixture in a pot and cook on dum (low heat) for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
