Molasses Ginger Cookies (Big & Soft)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Cream together margarine and white sugar

  3. Add egg and water or orange juice

  4. Mix in molasses

  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, ground ginger, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves

  6. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

  7. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls

  8. Roll balls in white sugar if desired

  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes
