Heat oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well.
Add rolled oats and stir to combine. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Dot with fruit and chopped chocolate.
Bake for 20-30 mins or until top is firm. Cool and slice into 6 or so pieces.
Serve with protein yoghurt and/or fresh fruit.
Once cool, slice and pop in the freezer ready to defrost/heat in the microwave for a handy breakfast treat.
