Blueberry Bruschetta
  1. Add blueberries, shallot, honey, brown sugar, thyme, red pepper flake, thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic to a pan.

  2. Give it a good mix, and pop that in the oven at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the blueberries pop and start to get sticky & jammy.

  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before you top your burrata with lots of that agradolce!

  4. Finish it with chopped pistachio for a nice crunch, fresh basil, and EVOO.
